1. Design and implement optimal organizational structures within the boutique.
2. Recruit and develop talent, ensuring a robust pipeline for future needs.
3. Drive performance and manage compensation, fostering career development and engagement.
4. Communicate and align the team with the Maison's strategy and vision.
5. Supervise daily operations of the Care Service team.
6. Conduct performance analysis and define annual action plans to meet sales targets.
7. Ensure implementation and monitoring of action plans, adjusting as necessary.
8. Optimize boutique performance and profitability, monitoring KPIs.
9. Ensure compliance with all group, Maison, and boutique policies and procedures.
10. Oversee boutique back office and administrative functions.
11. Maintain boutique facilities.
12. Deliver exceptional client service and develop client relationships.
13. Lead client relationship programs and engage with VIP clients as a Maison Ambassador.

1. Proven track record in luxury retail management.
2. Experience in team leadership and development.

Minimum of 5 years in luxury retail management, with a focus on team leadership and sales performance.
