- Lead and elevate the boutique team to provide exceptional client experiences, achieving or surpassing sales goals.
- Initiate and implement growth strategies to drive boutique performance and maintain competitive edge.
- Develop and sustain client relationships, transforming encounters into enduring partnerships.
- Foster a high-performance culture through strategic talent evaluation and development.
- Promote a client-centric approach, differentiating between transactional and relational interactions.
- Collaborate with corporate departments to communicate key messages and business opportunities.
- Ensure operational excellence through continuous improvement and adherence to procedures.
- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding Cartier's image and values in all interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Additional language skills are advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Ability to lead complex business environments or projects.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of client service needs and priorities.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7 to 10 years of management experience, particularly in luxury retail or hospitality, with a proven track record of leading leaders and managing direct reports.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
Expected salary range: $140,000 – $150,000, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
