2. Develop and execute innovative boutique strategies to maximize sales and exceed targets.
3. Champion exceptional client experiences and build lasting relationships through personalized service.
4. Implement corporate marketing and sales guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
5. Oversee boutique operations, ensuring compliance and optimizing efficiency.
6. Represent Cartier at internal meetings, events, and special occasions.

1. Several years of experience leading high-performing teams in a luxury retail environment.
2. Proven ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
3. Fluent in German and English.

1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
3. Ability to leverage data and insights to drive performance.

Several years of experience in a leadership role within luxury retail.

University degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
