- Act as a liaison between clients and the boutique team, identifying client needs and managing appointments.
- Provide exceptional client experiences as the Cartier Ambassador at the boutique entrance.
- Answer boutique phone calls and support daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and overall experience of the boutique.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service with a client-centric mindset.
- Ability to handle complex situations professionally.
- Proficiency in English and Thai.
At least 2 years of experience in retail, service industry, hospitality, or tourism.
