1. Welcome clients and manage their waiting time efficiently.
2. Monitor and manage the client queue, input client data into the internal application, and generate reports for the boutique team.
3. Act as a liaison between clients and the boutique team, identifying client needs and managing appointments.
4. Provide an exceptional client experience at the boutique entrance, embodying the role of a Cartier Ambassador.
5. Answer boutique phone calls and support daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
6. Ensure the cleanliness and overall experience of the boutique is maintained.

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in retail, service industry, hospitality, or tourism.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Excellent customer service with a client-centric mindset.
3. Ability to handle complex situations professionally and resolve them quickly.
4. Proficiency in English and Thai.

A minimum of 2 years in retail, service industry, hospitality, or tourism is required.

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
