- Lead the boutique team to achieve or exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to enhance boutique performance.
- Communicate market insights and competitive strategies to maintain a leading edge.
- Identify business challenges and devise realistic solutions with measurable success goals.
- Foster a high-performing team through strategic talent evaluation and development.
- Cultivate a client-centric culture, ensuring memorable and lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with corporate departments to communicate key messages and business opportunities.
- Ensure operational excellence through continuous improvements and compliance with procedures.
- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the boutique's image and promoting Cartier's heritage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Additional language skills are advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is preferred.
- Experience in leading complex business environments or projects.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask with precision.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to foster a positive work environment.
7 to 10 years of management experience, particularly in luxury retail or hospitality, with a proven track record of leading leaders and managing direct reports.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
