2. Optimize boutique performance, focusing on commercial KPIs, client excellence, operations, and profitability.
3. Serve as an ambassador of the Maison, establishing direct contact with VIP clients and ensuring exceptional client service.
4. Recruit, train, manage, and develop boutique staff to maintain an optimal and resilient organization.
5. Guide and oversee retail transformation programs, ensuring smooth implementation of continuous improvements.
6. Ensure compliance with all brand and Maison policies, procedures, and guidelines.

1. Proven management experience in luxury retail.

3. Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
