9. Ensure compliance with all group, Maison, and boutique policies and procedures.
10. Oversee boutique back-office operations and administrative functions.
11. Maintain boutique facilities to the highest standards.
12. Provide exceptional client service and develop client relationships and portfolios.
13. Lead client relationship programs and evaluate their return on investment.
14. Act as a brand ambassador and cultivate relationships with VIP clients.
