Cartier Boutique Director

- Design and implement optimal organizational structures within the boutique.
- Recruit and develop talent to ensure a robust pipeline for future growth.
- Drive performance management and oversee compensation strategies.
- Motivate and engage the boutique team with the Maison's strategic vision.
- Supervise the Care Service team to ensure daily operational excellence.
- Conduct comprehensive performance analyses to inform strategic action plans.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets across the Maison, boutique, and product categories.
- Monitor and optimize boutique performance and profitability through key performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with all group, Maison, and boutique policies and procedures.
- Oversee boutique back-office operations and administrative functions.
- Maintain boutique facilities to the highest standards.
- Provide exceptional client service and develop client relationships and portfolios.
- Lead client relationship programs and evaluate their return on investment.
- Act as a brand ambassador and cultivate relationships with VIP clients.
- Proven experience in luxury retail management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and sales strategies.
- Exceptional management and leadership capabilities.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Advanced client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and representation abilities.
Extensive experience in luxury retail management, with a focus on team leadership and boutique operations.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
