2. Recruit and develop talent to ensure a robust pipeline for future growth.
3. Drive performance management and oversee compensation strategies.
4. Motivate and engage the boutique team with the Maison's strategic vision.
5. Supervise the Care Service team to ensure daily operational excellence.
6. Conduct comprehensive performance analyses to inform strategic action plans.
7. Ensure achievement of sales targets across the Maison, boutique, and product categories.
8. Monitor and optimize boutique performance and profitability through key performance indicators.
9. Ensure compliance with all group, Maison, and boutique policies and procedures.
10. Oversee boutique back-office operations and administrative functions.
11. Maintain boutique facilities to the highest standards.
12. Provide exceptional client service and develop client relationships and portfolios.
13. Lead client relationship programs and evaluate their return on investment.
14. Act as a brand ambassador and cultivate relationships with VIP clients.
