- Lead the boutique team to deliver exceptional client experiences and ensure operational excellence.
- Drive financial growth and profitability in alignment with the retail strategy.
- Act as a Cartier Ambassador, representing the brand inside and outside the boutique.
- Manage boutique operations and team, implementing the annual action plan.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales in an omni-channel environment.
- Enhance client knowledge and develop client portfolios through targeted initiatives.
- Inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and engaging environment.
- Uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with visual merchandising and operational guidelines.
- Optimize boutique operations and manage partnerships with third-party vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in retail, preferably within the luxury industry.
- 5-8 years of managerial experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; French and Portuguese are advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of the watch and jewelry industry is a plus.
- Ability to attract and develop top talent.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Strong decision-making and conflict management abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and creativity.
A minimum of 10 years in retail, with at least 5-8 years in managerial roles, preferably in the luxury sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
