- 5-8 years of managerial experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; French and Portuguese are advantageous.
- Knowledge of the watch and jewelry industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and networks.
- Decision-making and conflict management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong proactivity and creativity.
10 years of experience in retail, with a preference for luxury industry experience, and 5-8 years in managerial roles.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
