- Lead the boutique team to provide exceptional client experiences and ensure operational excellence.
- Drive financial growth and profitability in alignment with the retail strategy.
- Act as a Cartier Ambassador, representing the brand both internally and externally.
- Manage boutique operations and team, implementing annual action plans.
- Develop business through client recruitment and nurturing high-end clientele.
- Strategize business opportunities in an omni-channel environment to maximize sales.
- Enhance client knowledge and develop clienteling initiatives.
- Inspire and develop a high-performing team, ensuring inclusivity and engagement.
- Uphold the boutique's image and ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Optimize boutique operations and manage partnerships with third parties.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in retail, preferably in the luxury industry.
- 5-8 years of managerial experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; French and Portuguese are advantageous.
- Knowledge of the watch and jewelry industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and networks.
- Decision-making and conflict management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong proactivity and creativity.
10 years of experience in retail, with a preference for luxury industry experience, and 5-8 years in managerial roles.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
