1. Lead the boutique team to provide exceptional client experiences and ensure operational excellence.
2. Drive financial growth and profitability in alignment with the retail strategy.
3. Act as a Cartier Ambassador, representing the brand both internally and externally.
4. Manage boutique operations and team, implementing annual action plans.
5. Develop business through client recruitment and nurturing high-end clientele.
6. Strategize business opportunities in an omni-channel environment to maximize sales.
7. Enhance client knowledge and develop clienteling initiatives.
8. Inspire and develop a high-performing team, ensuring inclusivity and engagement.
9. Uphold the boutique's image and ensure compliance with brand standards.
10. Optimize boutique operations and manage partnerships with third parties.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. 10 years of experience in retail, preferably in the luxury industry.
3. 5-8 years of managerial experience.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
2. Fluency in Spanish and English; French and Portuguese are advantageous.
3. Knowledge of the watch and jewelry industry is a plus.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
5. Ability to build relationships and networks.
6. Decision-making and conflict management skills.
7. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong proactivity and creativity.

10 years of experience in retail, with a preference for luxury industry experience, and 5-8 years in managerial roles.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
