- Manage After Sales activities to prioritize client satisfaction.
- Drive boutique performance across all categories, leveraging visual merchandising.
- Analyze performance data and develop strategic action plans to exceed sales targets.
- Set individual targets and cultivate a culture of continuous performance improvement.
- Ensure impeccable boutique operations, adhering to procedures and compliance standards.
- Oversee expenses, maintenance, and ad-hoc projects for efficient operations.
- Build strong relationships with VIP clients and act as a key contact.
- Utilize clienteling tools to enrich the client database and personalize experiences.
- Drive clienteling activities to expand the client portfolio and track KPIs.
- Ensure a seamless client experience through effective floor management.
- Support Sales Associates with troubleshooting and guidance on policies.
- Proven retail management experience in a client-facing environment.
- Results-oriented with strong business acumen.

- Excellent analytical skills and client-centric mindset.

- Fluent in Danish and English, proficiency in other languages is a plus.
