4. Collaborate with the Boutique Director on performance evaluations and talent identification.
5. Manage After Sales activities to prioritize client satisfaction.
6. Drive boutique performance across all categories, leveraging visual merchandising.
7. Analyze performance data and develop strategic action plans to exceed sales targets.
8. Set individual targets and cultivate a culture of continuous performance improvement.
9. Ensure impeccable boutique operations, adhering to procedures and compliance standards.
10. Oversee expenses, maintenance, and ad-hoc projects for efficient operations.
11. Build strong relationships with VIP clients and act as a key contact.
12. Utilize clienteling tools to enrich the client database and personalize experiences.
13. Drive clienteling activities to expand the client portfolio and track KPIs.
14. Ensure a seamless client experience through effective floor management.
15. Support Sales Associates with troubleshooting and guidance on policies.
