1. Welcome clients and manage waiting times to ensure efficient service.
2. Assist Sales Associates during transactions and daily boutique operations.
3. Maintain the Cartier image through professional demeanor and courtesy.
4. Provide information and storytelling about the Maison and its offerings.
5. Coordinate with Sales Associates, Stock Admin, and other team members.
6. Perform gift wrapping and manage the packaging area.
7. Support Care Service duties, excluding payment handling.
8. Ensure the boutique environment is immaculate and adheres to brand standards.
9. Participate in stock inventories, price labeling, and visual merchandising.
10. Order and manage boutique facilities and supplies.

1. Experience in a client service role, preferably within the luxury industry.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to take initiative and adapt to changing environments.
3. Strong team collaboration skills.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Prior experience in a client service role, ideally within the luxury sector, is preferred.
