Cartier Boutique Assistant

1. Welcome and greet clients upon arrival, maintaining a professional demeanor to uphold the Cartier image.
2. Manage client waiting times and ensure a seamless client flow within the boutique.
3. Assist Sales Associates during sales processes and coordinate with Stock Admin, Cashier, and other team members.
4. Provide information and storytelling about the Maison and boutique offerings.
5. Perform gift wrapping and manage the packaging area.
6. Assist with Care Service duties without handling payments.
7. Ensure the boutique environment is impeccable and adheres to all policies and procedures.
8. Support stock inventories and price labeling.
9. Participate in the setup and breakdown of the boutique during opening and closing.
10. Implement Visual Merchandising guidelines and order boutique facilities.

1. Experience in a client service role, preferably within the luxury industry.
2. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Previous experience in client service roles, ideally within the luxury sector, is preferred.
