1. Support the Sales Team in delivering exceptional client experiences.
2. Provide seamless operational support to the Boutique, including client welcoming service.
3. Manage daily Boutique operations, including stock management.
4. Assist Sales Advisors in their daily routine.
5. Ensure high-quality client welcoming and treatment to establish consumer loyalty and satisfaction.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Luxury.
2. Able to provide an internship agreement.
3. Available to start in September 2025.

1. Fluent in Italian and English; French proficiency preferred; German is a plus.
2. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
3. Proactive and eager to assist on various tasks.
4. Team player with a collaborative spirit.

No prior experience required, but a passion for luxury retail and customer service is essential.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Luxury.
