1. Welcome and greet clients upon their arrival at the boutique.
2. Manage client waiting times and provide information and storytelling about the Maison.
3. Assist Sales Associates during sales and manage gift wrapping.
4. Provide client services such as executing quick services (e.g., cordon change).
5. Ensure the boutique environment is impeccable and assist with daily setup and breakdown.
6. Handle daily replenishment of selling floor supplies such as shopping bags, catalogues, and client beverages.

1. Enrollment in a university program for the entire duration of the internship.

1. Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are an asset.
2. Strong customer focus and team spirit.
3. Passion for luxury and the Cartier Maison.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in luxury retail is essential.
