1. Welcome and greet clients upon their arrival in the boutique.
2. Manage client waiting time and provide information about the Maison and boutique.
3. Assist Sales Associates during sales, including managing gift wrapping and discreetly handling various tasks.
4. Execute quick client services, such as cordon changes.
5. Ensure the boutique environment is impeccable and assist with daily setup and breakdown for opening and closing.
6. Handle daily replenishment of selling floor supplies, including shopping bags, catalogues, and client beverages.

1. Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are advantageous.
2. Strong customer focus and team spirit.
3. Passion for luxury and the Cartier brand.
