1. Welcome and greet clients upon their arrival in the boutique.
2. Manage client waiting times and provide information and storytelling about the Maison and the boutique.
3. Assist Sales Associates during sales, including gift wrapping and discreet task management.
4. Execute quick client services such as cordon changes.
5. Ensure the boutique environment is impeccable and assist with daily setup and breakdown for opening and closing.
6. Handle daily replenishment of selling floor supplies such as shopping bags, catalogues, pouches, and client beverages.

1. Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are advantageous.
2. Strong customer focus and team spirit.
3. Passion for luxury and the Cartier Maison.

2. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
3. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Previous experience in luxury retail or customer service is beneficial but not required.
