Cartier Boutique Assistant Intern

Cartier International is a world-leading luxury Maison specializing in Jewelry and Watches. As part of the Richemont group, Cartier offers a prestigious environment for personal and professional development.

1. Welcome and greet clients upon their arrival in the boutique.
2. Manage waiting time and provide information and storytelling about the Maison and the boutique.
3. Assist Sales Associates during sales and participate in daily boutique operations.
4. Execute client services such as quick services (e.g., cordon change).
5. Ensure the boutique environment is impeccable and assist with daily setup and breakdown for opening/closing.
6. Handle daily replenishment of selling floor supplies such as shopping bags, catalogues, pouches, stationery, wrapping paper, and client beverages.

1. Fluency in Dutch and English, any other language is a plus.
2. Strong customer focus and team spirit.
3. Passion for the Maison and luxury.

No specific experience required, but a passion for luxury and customer service is essential.
