1. Welcome and greet clients upon their arrival in the boutique.
2. Manage client waiting times and provide information and storytelling about the Maison.
3. Assist Sales Associates during sales, including gift wrapping and discreet task management.
4. Execute quick client services, such as cordon changes.
5. Ensure the boutique environment is impeccable, assisting with daily setup and breakdown for opening and closing.
6. Handle daily replenishment of selling floor supplies, ensuring smooth operations.

1. Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are an advantage.
2. Strong customer focus and team spirit.
3. Passion for luxury and the Cartier brand.

No specific experience required, but a passion for luxury retail is essential.
