Cartier Boutique Assistant

- Welcome and greet clients upon their arrival in the boutique.
- Manage client waiting times efficiently, providing information and storytelling about the Maison and the boutique.
- Assist Sales Associates during sales, including managing gift wrapping and discreetly handling various tasks.
- Execute client services such as quick repairs and adjustments.
- Ensure the boutique environment is impeccable and assist with daily setup and breakdown for opening and closing.
- Handle daily replenishment of selling floor supplies, including shopping bags, catalogues, and client beverages.
- Proficiency in French and English; Flemish is a plus.
- Strong customer focus and team spirit.
- Passion for luxury and the Cartier brand.
Experience in a customer-facing role within the luxury retail sector is preferred.
