1. Welcome and greet clients upon their arrival in the boutique.
2. Manage client waiting times efficiently, providing information and storytelling about the Maison and the boutique.
3. Assist Sales Associates during sales, including managing gift wrapping and discreetly handling various tasks.
4. Execute client services such as quick repairs and adjustments.
5. Ensure the boutique environment is impeccable and assist with daily setup and breakdown for opening and closing.
6. Handle daily replenishment of selling floor supplies, including shopping bags, catalogues, and client beverages.

1. Proficiency in French and English; Flemish is a plus.

Experience in a customer-facing role within the luxury retail sector is preferred.
