- Welcome and greet clients upon their arrival in the boutique.
- Manage client waiting times and provide information and storytelling about the Maison.
- Assist Sales Associates during sales, including gift wrapping and discreet task support.
- Execute client services such as quick repairs (e.g., cordon changes).
- Ensure the boutique environment is impeccable and assist with daily setup and breakdown.
- Handle daily replenishment of selling floor supplies such as shopping bags, catalogues, and client beverages.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Dutch; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong customer focus and team spirit.
