1. Welcome and greet clients upon arrival, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
2. Manage client waiting times and direct them to appropriate areas or team members.
3. Assist Sales Associates during transactions and ensure smooth client flow within the boutique.
4. Coordinate with Stock Administration, Cashiers, and other departments to facilitate sales processes.
5. Perform gift wrapping and manage the packaging area efficiently.
6. Support Care Service duties without handling payments.
7. Maintain the boutique's impeccable environment and adhere to company policies and guidelines.
8. Participate in stock inventories, price labeling, and visual merchandising implementation.
9. Assist with the setup and breakdown of the boutique during opening and closing times.
10. Order and manage boutique facilities and supplies.

1. Experience in a client service role, preferably within the luxury industry.
2. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
