3. Ensure the daily organization and maintenance of beverage and catering stations within the boutique.
4. Support sales associates by retrieving creations from the sales floor or stock, and assist with gift packaging and documentation preparation.
5. Conduct a second verification of creation serial numbers before billing.
6. Perform personalization and quick maintenance actions, including engraving and leather embossing, following dedicated training.
7. Maintain the cleanliness and order of the sales floor and back office.
8. Prepare and organize sales tables, ensuring all necessary tools are available.
9. Participate in boutique maintenance by reporting needs to the managerial team.
10. Coordinate orders for consumables and office supplies.
11. Assist in the double counting and photographing of pieces at opening and closing.
