1. Exemplify the image and values of the Cartier brand, maintaining grooming standards.
2. Welcome clients, ascertain their intentions, and provide beverage services.
3. Organize and maintain the daily supply of beverages and catering stations within the boutique.
4. Support sales associates by retrieving creations from the sales floor or stock, and preparing gift packaging and warranty certificates.
5. Conduct a secondary verification of creation serial numbers before invoicing.
6. Perform personalization and quick maintenance actions such as engraving and embossing after dedicated training.
7. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and back office.
8. Prepare and arrange sales tables with necessary tools and accessories.
9. Participate in boutique maintenance by reporting needs to the managerial team.
10. Coordinate orders for consumables and office supplies.
11. Assist in double counting and photographing pieces at opening and closing.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar environment.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Knowledge of luxury and retail sectors.
