Cartier Boutique Ambassador

- Exemplify the image and values of the Cartier brand, maintaining grooming standards.
- Welcome clients, ascertain their intentions, and provide beverage services.
- Organize and maintain the daily supply of beverages and catering stations within the boutique.
- Support sales associates by retrieving creations from the sales floor or stock, and preparing gift packaging and warranty certificates.
- Conduct a secondary verification of creation serial numbers before invoicing.
- Perform personalization and quick maintenance actions such as engraving and embossing after dedicated training.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and back office.
- Prepare and arrange sales tables with necessary tools and accessories.
- Participate in boutique maintenance by reporting needs to the managerial team.
- Coordinate orders for consumables and office supplies.
- Assist in double counting and photographing pieces at opening and closing.
- Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar environment.
- Fluency in English.
