1. Welcome and greet clients upon arrival, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
2. Manage client waiting times and direct clients to appropriate areas within the boutique.
3. Assist Sales Associates during transactions and support daily boutique operations.
4. Coordinate with Stock Administration, Cashiers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
5. Perform gift wrapping and manage the packaging area.
6. Assist with Care Service duties without handling payments.
7. Maintain the boutique's impeccable environment and adhere to all policies and procedures.
8. Support stock inventories, price labeling, and visual merchandising guidelines.
9. Participate in the setup and breakdown of the boutique at opening and closing times.
10. Order and manage boutique facilities and supplies.

1. Experience in a client service role, preferably within the luxury industry.
2. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
