1. Welcome clients and manage waiting times to ensure an efficient and courteous experience.
2. Assist Sales Associates during sales processes and participate in daily boutique operations.
3. Maintain the Cartier image by upholding a professional demeanor at all times.
4. Provide information and storytelling about the Maison and the boutique.
5. Coordinate between Sales Associates and other staff such as Stock Admin and Cashiers.
6. Manage gift wrapping and packaging areas.
7. Assist with Care Service duties without handling payments.
8. Ensure the boutique environment is impeccable and adhere to all policies and guidelines.
9. Support stock inventories, price labeling, and visual merchandising implementation.
10. Order and manage boutique facilities and supplies.

1. Experience in a client service role, preferably within the luxury industry.
2. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
