Cartier Boutique Ambassador

- Welcome clients and manage waiting times to ensure efficient service.
- Assist Sales Associates during sales transactions.
- Coordinate between Sales Associates and other boutique staff such as Stock Admin and Cashiers.
- Perform gift wrapping and manage the packaging area.
- Accompany clients to the door upon departure.
- Assist with Care Service duties without handling payments.
- Maintain the overall impeccable environment of the boutique.
- Adhere to all group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Support stock inventories and price labeling.
- Participate in the setup and breakdown of the boutique at opening and closing.
- Implement Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Order boutique facilities such as bags, drinks, and office supplies.
- Experience in a client service role, preferably within the luxury industry.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take initiative and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
Prior experience in a client service role, ideally within the luxury sector, is preferred.
