1. Welcome clients and manage waiting times to ensure efficient service.
2. Assist Sales Associates during sales transactions.
3. Coordinate between Sales Associates and other boutique staff such as Stock Admin and Cashiers.
4. Perform gift wrapping and manage the packaging area.
5. Accompany clients to the door upon departure.
6. Assist with Care Service duties without handling payments.
7. Maintain the overall impeccable environment of the boutique.
8. Adhere to all group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines.
9. Support stock inventories and price labeling.
10. Participate in the setup and breakdown of the boutique at opening and closing.
11. Implement Visual Merchandising guidelines.
12. Order boutique facilities such as bags, drinks, and office supplies.

1. Experience in a client service role, preferably within the luxury industry.
2. Fluency in English, with additional languages considered an asset.

2. Ability to take initiative and adapt to changing situations.
3. Strong team collaboration skills.

Prior experience in a client service role, ideally within the luxury sector, is preferred.
