1. Exemplify the image and values of Cartier as a brand ambassador, maintaining impeccable grooming standards.
2. Welcome clients, understand their intentions, and provide beverage service, ensuring a memorable experience.
3. Organize and maintain the daily supply of beverages and catering within the boutique.
4. Support sales associates by retrieving creations from the sales floor or stock and ensuring readiness for presentation.
5. Prepare gift packaging and provide necessary documentation such as warranty certificates.
6. Conduct a secondary verification of product serial numbers before invoicing.
7. Perform personalization tasks such as engraving and embossing after specialized training.
8. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales area and back office.
9. Prepare and organize sales tables with necessary tools and materials.
10. Participate in boutique maintenance by reporting needs to the management team.
11. Coordinate orders for consumables and office supplies.
12. Assist in the double counting and photographing of pieces at opening and closing.
