Cartier Back Office Executive

- Oversee and manage all stock movements including reception, transfers, and consignments within the boutique.
- Ensure quality control of all stock transfers, both incoming and outgoing.
- Manage client reservations and ensure inventory accuracy at all times.
- Conduct regular stock counts, including daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual inventories.
- Maintain compliance with all stock handling procedures and rules.
- Support the Client Relations Center with distant sales order fulfillment, including packing and administrative documentation preparation.
- Assist with cash desk management and bank deposits as needed.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or inventory management.
- Fluency in Turkish and English, with additional language skills considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage stress and maintain confidentiality with discretion.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and schedules.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Capability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
Candidates should possess experience in retail or inventory management, demonstrating a strong understanding of inventory management principles.
