- Lead and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team for both corporate and retail sectors, fostering career growth and a collaborative culture.
- Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse workforce reflective of Cartier's dynamic client base.
- Collaborate with Cartier HQ to develop and implement effective talent strategies and evolve systems and processes.
- Oversee centralized recruiting for all positions at Cartier North America, ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
- Optimize recruitment processes using technology to improve efficiency and enhance candidate experience.
- Develop strategies for talent management, including planning, development, succession planning, and career pathing.
- Lead the Cartier Organizational Talent Review, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the business.
- Manage domestic and international mobility and short-term assignments, engaging with internal top talent globally.
- Partner with universities to build relationships and identify top talent for early career programs.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with diversity organizations, student associations, and job boards.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10-15 years of experience in talent management within a luxury retail environment.
- Proven track record of building and developing high-performing recruitment teams.
- Experience in developing long-term strategic relationships with candidates and internal teams.
- Strong understanding of the luxury talent landscape with a large professional network.
- Experience in building talent strategies with a multi-national perspective.

Expected salary range: $225,000 – $260,000, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
