1. Assist the Boutique Director in enhancing boutique performance and profitability.
2. Manage the sales team with a focus on exceptional client service.
3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales.
4. Implement and monitor action plans to achieve sales targets.
5. Oversee boutique KPIs and ensure alignment with goals.
6. Participate in recruitment and ensure a robust talent pipeline.
7. Coach and integrate new team members, evaluating training needs.
8. Promote client events and ensure exceptional client experiences.
9. Maintain compliance with all group, Maison, and boutique policies.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail management.
2. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
3. Excellent client relationship management skills.

4. Attention to detail in client data management and boutique operations.

A minimum of 3-5 years in luxury retail management, with a focus on sales and client service.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
