1. Serve as the technical expert within the watch assembly workshop, providing training to colleagues and addressing quality issues.
2. Support the Sector Manager by fostering a positive work environment and aiding the team in achieving performance targets.
3. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the workshop from both a technical and organizational perspective.
4. Provide technical guidance to subcontractors to help them meet their objectives.

1. Proven experience in watch casing with a strong command of assembly techniques.
2. Recognized for strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and effective communication.
3. Ability to lead and support a team of approximately 25 individuals in collaboration with the manager.

1. Dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong result-driven focus.
2. Excellent priority management and stress resilience.
3. Open-minded, autonomous, versatile, and capable of self-reflection.
4. Proficient in digital tools including Microsoft Office, Teams, and Shizen.

Significant experience in watch casing and assembly.
