1. Serve as the technical reference within the watch assembly workshop, focusing on training colleagues and managing quality issues.
2. Support the Sector Manager by fostering a positive work environment and assisting the team in achieving results.
3. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the workshop from both technical and organizational perspectives.
4. Provide technical guidance to subcontractors to help them meet their objectives.

1. Proven experience in watch casing and a strong command of assembly processes.
2. Recognized for excellent interpersonal skills, listening, and communication abilities.
3. Ability to lead and support a team of approximately 25 people.
4. Dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong priority management skills.

1. Technical expertise in watch assembly and casing.

3. Ability to lead and motivate a team.
4. Proficiency in digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, and Shizen.

Significant experience in watch casing and assembly is required, demonstrating technical expertise and leadership capabilities.
