Cartier Art & Culture Intern

- Assist project managers in implementing Cartier's cultural programming from pre-production to closure, including conception, feasibility studies, and budget forecasting.
- Coordinate with the Fondation Cartier, cultural partners, and international markets to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and PowerPoint presentations for project coordination and internal communication.
- Support the project team in research and documentation phases.
- Develop, update, and distribute the general project timeline.
- Ensure the availability of key project content, including timelines, exhibition documentation, and communication materials, to all teams.
- Maintain detailed budget tracking and provide accounting and administrative support, including supplier account creation, purchase orders, invoice processing, and data consolidation in Excel.
- Assist with logistical aspects, including travel arrangements.
- Final-year student in Cultural Management, Business School, or Political Science Institute.
- Previous experience in organizing and producing artistic and cultural events.
- Curiosity and interest in contemporary creation with a strong general culture.
- Autonomous with the ability to manage large-scale projects and adapt to uncertainty.
- Proficient in budgetary, accounting, and presentation tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills for adapting to various stakeholders.
- Organized and meticulous with strong prioritization and writing skills.
Previous experience in organizing and producing artistic and cultural events is required.
Final-year student in Cultural Management, Business School, or Political Science Institute.
Up to 1400 euros gross per month, depending on the level of study.
