Cartier Art & Culture Intern

- Assist project managers in the implementation of Cartier's cultural programming from pre-production to closure, including feasibility studies, budgeting, production, communication, and exploitation.
- Coordinate with the Fondation Cartier, cultural partners, and international markets.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and PowerPoint presentations for project coordination and internal communication.
- Support the project team in research and documentation phases.
- Develop, update, and distribute the general project schedule.
- Ensure the availability of key project contents such as schedules, exhibition documentation, and communication materials to all teams.
- Conduct detailed budget tracking and provide accounting and administrative support, including supplier account creation, order processing, invoice tracking, and data consolidation in Excel.
- Assist with logistical aspects, including travel arrangements.
- Final-year student in Cultural Management, Business School, or Political Science Institute.
- Previous experience in organizing and producing artistic and cultural events.
- Interest in contemporary creation and strong general knowledge.
- Autonomous with a proactive approach, able to manage uncertainty in large-scale projects.
- Proficient in budgetary, accounting, and presentation tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills, adaptable to various stakeholders.
- Organized and meticulous with strong prioritization and writing skills.
Previous experience in organizing and producing artistic and cultural events is required.
Master's degree in progress in Cultural Management, Business School, or Political Science Institute.
Up to 1400 euros gross per month, depending on the level of study.
Exposure to high-profile cultural projects and collaboration with international teams.
