1. Provide optimal customer service for after-sales clientele.
2. Manage administrative tasks from product receipt to return.
3. Communicate and collaborate intensively with Richemont Customer Service.
4. Prepare and conduct interim and main inventories for repairs and leather straps.
5. Structure and organize the service area.
6. Perform technical tasks such as polishing, engraving, and watch strap adjustments.
7. Manage customer complaints proactively.

1. Completed commercial or technical training as a watchmaker or goldsmith; career changers from the hospitality industry are also welcome.
2. Several years of experience in after-sales customer service, ideally in the jewelry and watch segment.
3. Strong enthusiasm for the brand and its products.
4. Proficiency in German and English.
5. Knowledge of MS Office and ideally initial experience with SAP/ERP.

Several years of experience in after-sales customer service, preferably in the luxury jewelry and watch sector.

Completed commercial or technical training as a watchmaker or goldsmith.
