Cartier Accounts Payable Manager

1. Manage and mentor a team of four accounts payable accountants.
2. Oversee the recording and payment of supplier invoices.
3. Supervise the review of supplier balances.
4. Monitor payment delay KPIs.
5. Control and validate supplier creations in SAP.
6. Maintain the supplier database.
7. Coordinate with management control on P&L tracking.
8. Interface travel files with SAP.
9. Review non-stock POs in SAP during monthly closures.
10. Track automatic and manual accruals (FNP - CAP).
11. Account for cut-off entries: FNP – CCA.
12. Monitor fixed assets and implement CAPEX POs in SAP.
13. Provide backup for intercompany account reconciliation.
14. Engage with departments for training and animation on CONCUR and SAP.
15. Lead projects on the digitalization of accounts payable.
16. Ensure internal control compliance.
17. Liaise with auditors and supervise DAS2.

1. BTS in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
2. Significant experience in accounts payable management.

1. Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
2. Strong organizational and rigorous approach.
3. Proactive and attentive to detail.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Significant experience in accounts payable with management responsibilities.

BTS in Accounting or equivalent.
