1. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and manage accounting operations in accordance with IFRS and statutory requirements.
2. Oversee the preparation of annual accounts and tax returns, ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
3. Lead the invoice processing and payment dynamics, adhering to LME law, and propose improvements for business efficiency.
4. Define and disseminate supplier KPIs related to data entry and payments.
5. Execute various tax declarations including C3S, CFE, CVAE, and others.
6. Monitor tax liabilities, credits, and deferred taxes with real and forecasted data.
7. Calculate provisions for employee profit-sharing and participation.
8. Maintain awareness of accounting and tax regulations and ensure compliance.
9. Participate in fiscal audits and other administrative reviews.
10. Represent Cartier Joaillerie International in the French accounting community and manage group tax integration.
11. Collaborate with internal control to manage risks and ensure proper flow management.
12. Lead projects related to digital tool implementation for enhanced performance.
13. Manage and develop a team of five accountants and one apprentice, fostering talent growth and succession planning.

1. Advanced accounting degree, such as DSCG.
2. Minimum of 15 years of experience leading accounting teams in audit firms, accounting firms, or corporate settings.

1. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
2. Proficiency in IFRS, Excel, and ideally SAP and Etafi.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
4. Ability to manage priorities and adapt to unforeseen challenges.
5. Commitment to internal control and ethical standards.

A minimum of 15 years in a leadership role within accounting teams, preferably in audit firms, accounting firms, or corporate environments.

Advanced accounting degree, such as DSCG.
