Cartier Accounting and Tax Manager

- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and manage accounting operations in accordance with IFRS and statutory requirements.
- Oversee the preparation of annual accounts and tax returns, ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
- Lead the invoice processing and payment dynamics, adhering to LME law, and propose improvements for business efficiency.
- Define and disseminate supplier KPIs related to data entry and payments.
- Execute various tax declarations including C3S, CFE, CVAE, and others.
- Monitor tax liabilities, credits, and deferred taxes with real and forecasted data.
- Calculate provisions for employee profit-sharing and participation.
- Maintain awareness of accounting and tax regulations and ensure compliance.
- Participate in fiscal audits and other administrative reviews.
- Represent Cartier Joaillerie International in the French accounting community and manage group tax integration.
- Collaborate with internal control to manage risks and ensure proper flow management.
- Lead projects related to digital tool implementation for enhanced performance.
- Manage and develop a team of five accountants and one apprentice, fostering talent growth and succession planning.
- Advanced accounting degree, such as DSCG.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience leading accounting teams in audit firms, accounting firms, or corporate settings.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in IFRS, Excel, and ideally SAP and Etafi.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage priorities and adapt to unforeseen challenges.
- Commitment to internal control and ethical standards.
A minimum of 15 years in a leadership role within accounting teams, preferably in audit firms, accounting firms, or corporate environments.
Advanced accounting degree, such as DSCG.
