Cartier Account Manager, Fragrances

- Collaborate with the Commercial Fragrance Manager and Marketing Team to develop account-specific business plans aligned with company strategy.
- Analyze account performance, market demographics, brand performance, and competition to inform strategic decisions.
- Identify and address account and brand challenges with solution-oriented action plans.
- Manage KPIs and sell-in/sell-out targets to optimize sales performance.
- Create and manage assortments and planograms tailored to each point of sale, considering sell-out potential and stock rotation.
- Conduct annual budget planning and breakdown by month and client.
- Schedule, prepare, and facilitate key account meetings, with team support as needed.
- Track and ensure freelancer sales targets are met.
- Enhance operational practices while maintaining compliance with company standards.
- Submit business and sales reports promptly.
- Partner with the marketing team to create and implement tailored marketing plans for each account.
- Negotiate local marketing events in alignment with company strategy.
- Present new launches to account-specific buying teams, freelancers, and sales staff.
- Manage freelancer budget according to business needs and recruit, manage, and train top talent.
- Lead and inspire freelancers and sales staff to deliver strong performance through coaching, motivation, and incentives.
- Experience in a similar role or comparable professional experience.
- Knowledge of the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
- Passion for fragrances and the luxury retail industry.
- Fluency in English and German; French is a plus.
- Highly analytical with the ability to analyze KPIs and P&L reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Leadership and talent management skills.
Experience in a similar role or comparable professional experience in the FMCG or luxury retail industry.
