Cartier Account Manager, Fragrances

1. Collaborate with the Commercial Fragrance Manager and Marketing Team to develop account-specific business plans aligned with company strategy.
2. Analyze account performance, local market demographics, brand performance, and competition to inform business decisions.
3. Identify challenges within assigned accounts and brands, providing solution-oriented action plans.
4. Manage KPIs and Sell-in & Sell-out targets.
5. Create and manage assortments and planograms tailored to each POS, considering sell-out potential and stock rotation.
6. Conduct annual budget planning by month and client.
7. Schedule and facilitate key account meetings with team support.
8. Track and ensure freelancer sales targets are met.

1. Experience in a similar role or comparable professional experience.
2. Knowledge of the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
3. Fluency in English and German, with French as a plus.

1. Highly analytical with the ability to analyze KPI and P&L reports.
2. Strong self-starter with a sense of accountability.
3. Ability to travel extensively (50-70%) and holds a driver's license.
4. Passionate about fragrances and the luxury retail industry.

Experience in a similar role or comparable professional experience within the FMCG industry.
