1. Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.
9. Participate in back-of-house operations, ensuring an organized stock room.
10. Perform opening and closing duties of the boutique according to assigned shifts.

1. Passion for human relations and sales
2. Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design
3. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
7. Fluent spoken English; additional languages are desirable

Experience in sales, particularly within the luxury fashion sector, is preferred.
