Byredo Store Design Project Manager

1. Lead end-to-end store design and fit-out projects across concept, technical development, procurement, construction and handover phases.
2. Translate brand design standards into technical documentation and construction drawings; ensure consistency across global touchpoints.
3. Manage budgets, schedules and project reporting; proactively mitigate risks to deliver on time and on budget.
4. Coordinate and supervise external consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors and suppliers throughout delivery.
5. Develop and manage FF&E and materials specifications, sourcing and procurement processes to align with quality and cost targets.
6. Conduct site inspections and quality control visits; oversee shopfitting, MEP integration and final snagging.
7. Ensure compliance with local building regulations, health & safety standards and accessibility requirements.
8. Collaborate closely with Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising and Global Creative teams to align design solutions with commercial needs.

1. Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Construction Management or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
2. Proven experience managing multiple retail store design or fit-out projects from concept to completion.
3. Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated budgetary and contract management skills.
4. Ability to produce and review technical drawings and construction documentation.
5. Excellent organisational and stakeholder-management capabilities; comfortable working with cross-functional international teams.

Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
