Byredo Global Media & Performance Manager

- Define and execute the global paid media strategy across search, social, programmatic and display to drive acquisition, retention and brand metrics.
- Manage performance marketing campaigns end-to-end: media planning, buying, trafficking, optimisations and reporting.
- Own budget allocation and forecasting for paid channels; maximise return on ad spend while scaling profitable volume across markets.
- Develop and maintain measurement and attribution frameworks (incrementality testing, A/B, lifetime value modelling) in partnership with analytics teams.
- Lead relationships with external media agencies, DSPs and technology vendors; set briefs, SLAs and monitor delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, e‑commerce, creative and regional teams to ensure cohesive customer journeys and on‑brand messaging.
- Create regular performance dashboards and executive summaries for senior stakeholders; translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Ensure data governance, privacy compliance and correct implementation of tracking (pixels, tags) across regions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital media and performance marketing, preferably within luxury, beauty, fashion or premium consumer brands.
- Proven track record managing global paid media budgets and working with external media agencies and DSPs.
- Strong analytical aptitude with experience defining measurement frameworks and improving ROAS through testing and optimisation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural collaboration skills to operate across regional markets.
- Fluent written and spoken communication, with the ability to present complex performance insights to senior leadership.

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and media planning, with demonstrable results scaling paid acquisition across multiple markets. Experience within luxury, beauty or fashion categories and managing agency partners and global budgets is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
