1. Conduct training sessions for retail staff on product knowledge and sales techniques for niche brands such as Byredo, L'Artisan Parfumeur, and Penhaligon's.
2. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and performance of sales teams.
3. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
4. Collaborate with brand managers to ensure alignment of training content with brand strategies.
5. Provide ongoing support and coaching to retail staff to ensure high levels of customer service and brand representation.

1. Proven experience in training and development, preferably within the luxury retail or fragrance industry.
2. Strong understanding of niche fragrance brands and market dynamics.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Ability to travel frequently within the region.
