- Assist in the development and execution of CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Support the CRM team in analyzing customer data to identify trends and insights.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to implement CRM initiatives.
- Help maintain and update the CRM database to ensure data accuracy.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and marketing principles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Previous internship experience in marketing or CRM is advantageous but not required.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
