Byredo Creative Operations Coordinator

1. Coordinate end-to-end creative production workflows for seasonal launches and ongoing collections, ensuring on-time delivery of artwork, packaging and digital assets.
2. Serve as the operational liaison between design, product development, marketing and external suppliers to translate creative briefs into production-ready specifications.
3. Maintain and organise the digital asset library, version control and file naming conventions to guarantee brand consistency across touchpoints.
4. Manage creative calendars, track milestones and escalate risks; prepare project status reports and provide administrative support for cross-functional meetings.
5. Conduct quality checks on artwork, layouts and specs prior to print or manufacture and support post-production troubleshooting with vendors.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Fashion, Design, Visual Communication, Business or a related discipline.
2. Proven organisational aptitude with demonstrated ability to manage multiple, concurrent creative projects and tight deadlines.
3. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to file/version control and quality assurance for creative deliverables.
4. Excellent stakeholder management and clear written/verbal communication skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in creative operations, production coordination or studio management within fashion, beauty or luxury goods; experience working with external vendors and production houses is highly desirable.
