- Assist in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure the store's presentation aligns with brand standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster brand loyalty.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of the beauty and fragrance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in beauty or retail management are advantageous.
