Byredo Brand Ambassador

Byredo is a design-led Swedish fragrance and beauty house known for artisanal perfumes, candles and curated beauty products sold through a global network of boutiques and selective retail partners. The brand emphasizes craftsmanship, olfactory storytelling and refined retail experiences across metropolitan flagship stores and department store concessions.

1. Deliver high‑quality, consultative client service and personalised fragrance consultations to grow sales and repeat business.
2. Achieve individual and store sales targets through active selling, upselling and clienteling (appointments, follow‑ups and VIP service).
3. Maintain exemplary visual merchandising and boutique standards in line with Byredo visual guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
4. Operate the POS, process transactions, manage cash handling and ensure accurate record keeping.
5. Support stock management: receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and loss prevention procedures.
6. Represent the brand at in‑store events, sampling activations and private client appointments.
7. Provide product training and expert advice on fragrance composition, layering and complementary product rituals.
8. Ensure compliance with health and safety, store policies and local regulatory requirements.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail or beauty sales; 1–2 years preferred.
2. Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
3. Excellent verbal communication skills and polished personal presentation suited to a luxury environment.
4. Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods; ability to work a temporary schedule.
